How we work

We look first. Then we put it in place. Then we support it.

We start by learning how people work and where security is thin. Then we put the software in place. The same team can stay on as the help desk. We support both Windows and Mac when the workplace is part of the work.

01

Advisory

We write the standards, a roadmap, a risk review, or a support plan. You get what we would do, and why.

02

Delivery

We carry out moves, security work, cloud changes, application rollouts, and AI on chat or the phone. You get a clear scope, a timeline, and the same team through the switch.

03

Support

If you want us to stay, we run the help desk, look after the accounts, and handle the day-to-day work. You have one named contact.

A typical start

  1. 01

We learn how people work, which software they need, and where security is thin.

  2. 02

We agree on who can sign in, which software to use, how backups work, and how support requests get handled.

  3. 03

We set things up, move the data, switch people over, and keep them informed. Support for both Windows and Mac is included when the workplace is part of the work.

  4. 04

We answer support requests, look after the accounts, and keep things maintained if you want us to stay. Or we hand the work back cleanly.

What we decline

  • We do not fill a seat just because there is a résumé. There needs to be a problem to solve.
  • We do not take a tool that is already chosen when the only job is to agree with it.
  • We do not publish a public phone line for Loading... itself. Your clients can reach an AI phone receiver we build for you. You reach the lead named on the work.

Let's work together

Tell us what is going on.

Tell us about an outage, a messy set of accounts, a security gap, or a project you have been putting off.
